When do I get paid?
Commission is paid out when a referred client's contract closes. You'll be notified via Slack and can track your referrals directly with the team.
What if I don't have any clients to refer right now?
You can still join. We'll match you with clients in our network who are looking for CSM support — giving you a pipeline before you've even made a referral.
